With your roadmap, you will also get a guide so to say. With Hannah Eliza, you get weekly check ins, encouragement, hacks, and accountability on a weekly basis.

Before you can take on goals in your career, relationships or health, you have to do the  inner work .

This gives you a greater understanding of yourself,  your habits and your view of yourself and the world around you.

  • Step 2: Develop Patterns to Overcome Limiting Beliefs

The next 3-6 months focus on building personalized patterns to help you overcome mental barriers and achieve your goals. These patterns turn into lifelong habits that you can use for the rest of your life. 

  • Step 3: Reinforce Habits to Continue to Achieve Success

Your coach reinforces the habits you have created and celebrates with you as you see success and achieve your goals.

Your first session is your Strategy session. This is where you tell Hannah about what you are going through. She helps you find and set goals. But she digs deeper. The first week you receive a set of personality profiling quizzes to help Hannah coach you to the best of her ability. 

Next, you meet weekly or every 10 days based on your individual needs.

Life coaching is result oriented strategies that can be applied to abundance in not only your mental health, but all areas of your life.

Meanwhile therapy focuses solely on mental health. 

Yes! Hannah offers goal oriented family and couples’ sessions at no extra charge to you. 

You don’t need to bring anything to your sessions except yourself.

Cancelation Policy: $25 for cancelations and $50 for cancelations less than 24 hours of appointment.
