Book 1:1 Session

  • Step 1: Identify Internal Limiting Beliefs

Before you can take on goals in your career, relationships or health, you have to do the  inner work .

This gives you a greater understanding of yourself,  your habits and your view of yourself and the world around you.

  • Step 2: Develop Patterns to Overcome Limiting Beliefs

The next 3-6 months focus on building personalized patterns to help you overcome mental barriers and achieve your goals. These patterns turn into lifelong habits that you can use for the rest of your life. 

  • Step 3: Reinforce Habits to Continue to Achieve Success

Your coach reinforces the habits you have created and celebrates with you as you see success and achieve your goals.

First Timer Phone Session: This is for first timers and for anyone who is curious about life coaching. This is a no commitment conversation where you can get all your questioned asked and meet Hannah E. Scott. 


Strategy Session: This is the session where you tell Hannah about everything that is hindering your growth and about all the goals you have. You can even talk about not knowing what is holding you back and not knowing where you want to go from where you currently are. The end result of this session is you personalized strategy to growth.


1:1 Session: This is session that helps you stay accountable to your goals and new way of life. You weekly, or monthly, or quarterly check in. In between these sessions you are given homework to work on in between to make you stay on the upward track. 

Life coaching is result oriented strategies that can be applied to abundance in not only your mental health, but all areas of your life.

Meanwhile therapy focuses solely on mental health. 

Yes! Hannah offers goal oriented family and couples’ sessions at no extra charge to you. 

You don’t need to bring anything to your sessions except yourself. 

Yes! When you fully commit, you will be rewarded not only by changing your life, but also financially.

Those who book 6/12 month commitments receive a massive discount.

Yes. You can have a session with Hannah from anywhere around the U.S. 

Cancelation Policy: $25 for cancelations and $50 for cancelations less than 24 hours of appointment.
